  • What is a Home Watch service?

    Home Watch Services are a visual inspection of a dwelling or property for obvious issues that may occur over any period of time. 

  • How do you determine pricing?

    The pricing is based off two main factors.

    1. Square footage of home

    2. Frequency of our visits.


    We offer two frequencies to choose from, weekly and bi weekly. What ever you determine is best for you is what we will be doing!


    There is always an option for an emergency visit or if you have a package or something that you need picked up we will make those trips for a small fee.

  • What happens if you find an issue?

    Whether it is water intrusion, general damage, signs of a break in or attempt at forced entry, to lawn not being mowed or green pool water. When we find an issue we immediately will be reaching out to you as the homeowners before we leave your property.


    Photos will be supplied in our reports, client dashboard and in your email.


    Based on the severity of the issue we will set up the appropriate trades people to correct the issue, with your pre approval on pricing and scope of work to be performed. 

  • What is the client portal?

    The client portal is your access to all things home watch! We will have your reports archived, photos of issues and general conditions will be included as well.


    Through this portal you will also be able to send us messages for additional requests and any changes you need to your services. This powerful tool comes standard with every property we keep watch over.
